David Pring has over 20 years of market research experience across a broad range of industries. After graduating with honors from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in the U.K., he joined Unilever and subsequently worked for Research International, Simmons/MRB International and CLT/Protocol Research. David joined Ipsos in August 2004 to take responsibility for US and global consumer packaged goods research for clients based in the Eastern US. In January 2008, he was appointed to the new position of Head of Global Client Development for Ipsos Marketing’s Consumer Packaged Good business. In this capacity David, works in conjunction with Ipsos client service teams around the world, to assist our major consumer goods clients with solutions to their innovation development and marketing information issues.

David has worked extensively in both consumer products and business-to-business research in the U.S. and internationally. In addition to recognition as an international researcher, David was one of the pioneers of online research and has extensive expertise in strategic, innovation and branding research. He is a published author and speaker on a wide range of research topics that include the Internet, innovation and visual thinking.

David is based in the Ipsos North America headquarters, New York, USA.
